Journaling Workshop: Grief and Spirituality

from £15.00

Workshop Overview:

Grief can often bring with it profound questions about life, loss, and what might lie beyond. It can open a door to deeper spiritual exploration, offering an opportunity to connect with ourselves, our loved ones, and something greater. It can also fracture and rupture previous belief systems and throw big question marks into the equation.

Join us for a reflective journaling workshop that explores the intersection of grief and spirituality. Together, we’ll take our time and hold space for the questions, emotions, and insights that arise when grief challenges or deepens our spiritual beliefs. Through guided journaling prompts and shared reflection time, this workshop will offer a compassionate space to explore your grief while nurturing your spiritual journey.

This workshop is open to anyone grieving a loss, whether that’s the death of a loved one or a living loss. Whether you already feel deeply connected to spirituality, are questioning your beliefs, or are simply curious about the role spirituality plays in navigating grief for others, all are welcome.

Led by Amber Jeffrey - Founder of The Grief Gang, this 1.5-hour online session will guide you through mindful journaling, moments of stillness, and opportunities to connect with others. Let’s explore the ways grief can transform our understanding of life and spirit, together, respectfully and lovingly. Please note, it is not mandatory that you speak or share in the workshop but it is encouraged to experience the full benefit.
