Grief is indescribable at times and the way Amber facilitated each session allowed me to express my grief authentically. The power of this community allowed me to feel less isolated in my experience and to feel the deep resonance of the impacts of grief.

Collectives and groups like this are a vital lifeline for those feeling like they don't know where to take their grief. Amber is doing a simply incredible thing every single day, and i will always be grateful.

Trust the process and go for it. I can guarantee you will not regret doing so. This group is a little bit of light in a very dark time, a virtual cuddle that we all need when we are grieving a loss. Be it self care, a time to cry, trying to find your purpose or just not wanting to be alone, you'll find a your group becomes your grief tribe, and we all need a tribe don't we?

If you are ready to speak, share and heal with fellow grievers through tears, laughter and everything in between I cannot recommend attending these groups enough. Each session is structured beautifully on an emotional and informative level. The themes explored are incredibly helpful, insightful and encouraging. It is an opportunity to speak and share your loved one in ways we just don't get to in 'normal' everyday life.
